Terms and conditions
By scheduling any service with Kevin’s Detailing, you are listed below as client or owner, hereby agree to all terms listed on this agreement
1) Site or location requirements
a. Ample space to perform our services, enough for our detailing equipment truck and all doors on the vehicle being detailed to be open. We also require a safe environment away from traffic or other dangerous conditions.
b. Permission, from management or property owner, for Kevin’s Detailing to be on-premises. For instance, in Apartments or condominiums, please contact your property manager for permission or if mobile detailing is allowed.
c. If we arrive and the previously mentioned conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reschedule the service at a different location or cancel the service.
2) If the client has decided to drop off the vehicle, please understand that we operate out of our home. We do not have a waiting area.
3) Removal of personal belongings prior to the arrival of Kevin’s Detailing
a. To provide the best service possible, we ask that all personal belonging be removed prior to our arrival.
b. Please remove baby or child booster seats prior to appointments. If we have to remove child seats, we will not re-install them due to safety reasons.
c. We reserve the right to refuse service or reschedule if the previously mentioned conditions are not met.
d. If areas such as center console storage compartments are not cleared, we will not be able to clean them.
4) Stain or Foreign Debris Policy
a. Kevin’s Detailing will make all efforts to remove stains or foreign debris from the interior and exterior of the vehicle, but we do not guarantee removal. Examples of stains include spots on fabric, plastics, or vinyl surfaces, water spotting on windows, tar, grease, etc. Examples of foreign debris include hair or fur, sand, salt, etc.
b. Kevin’s Detailing reserves the right to charge extra for the removal of Stains or Foreign Debris. We will discuss these extra charges with clients before performing services.
5) Satisfaction Guarantee
a. After we have finished our services, we will ask you to inspect our work to ensure your satisfaction. We will correct anything we missed if it is possible or was part of the service both parties agreed upon before we leave.
b. If after we have left and you spot something you are not happy with, please contact us within 48 hours. We will return free of charge to correct such issues. This does not apply to permeant stains or defects.
6) Water Source or Electrical Source
a. We carry our own source of water for use during our services. If additional water is needed we reserve the right to use the client's water source without compensation.
b. We reserve the right to use a client-provided electrical outlet without compensation.
7) Weather Policy
a. Kevin’s Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment due to rain, snow, and or temperature-related weather conditions.
b. If temperatures are above 85 degrees with a feel like temperatures above 90 degrees we will notify the client before the appointment time of our decision to reschedule or cancel the appointment.
c. Appointments involving vehicle exterior washing, waxing, or polishing are subject to cancellation if there is a strong chance of precipitation. The appointment will be rescheduled or canceled based on what the clients want to do.
8) Kevin's Detailing requires complete payment at the completion of service. Acceptable payments include Cash, Credit or Debit Cards, or Checks
9)Seats and any other interior components are not removed by Kevin's Detailing for cleaning purposes. If you wish to remove seats and any other interior components for easier access, you can do so at your own risk.
